Basics of Control Valves in a Hydraulic System

A typical liquid supply system consists of a hydraulic pump, a relief valve, a proportional control valve, and an actuator. Due to the advantages of liquid power systems compared to other control systems, they are widely used in aviation, aviation, and industry (hydraulikk pumpe) . These features include a high power to mass ratio, with the ability to hold, reflect or intermittently, as well as the ability to react quickly and accelerate. Fluid power systems also ensure reliable operation and long service life.

In hydraulics systems, the liquid used must be incompressible or very thick. In various applications, the use of machine transfer liquid is more desirable than drying methods (hydraulikk) . Smooth use will not cause the same type of corrosion in the system, nor will it require many moving parts. In addition, more precise motion equipment will be operated more smoothly than with more mechanical means.

Hydraulic control valves are used to control the pressure in the hydraulic fluid supply system. These valves control pressure, flow rate, and flow direction. Hydraulic valves can be defined in several different ways. A frequently determined valve will be marked difference when it will be used in various applications. Hydraulics valves allow the liquid to flow or leave certain distances in the hydraulic system. Typically, hydraulics valves are used with hydraulic pumps and cylinders to control fluid flow.

In general, hydraulic valves are rated based on their function, including flow control valves, direction and direction control, or based on their control mechanisms, such as on / off, valves and proportional electromechanical valve. Hydraulics valves can also be classified based on their structures, such as bumpers, wrenches, and needles. The hydraulic valve controls the fluid energy system by opening and closing the valve passage area.

Fluid power systems can be adapted to different applications depending on the work environment and mission. For example, in industrial applications, the main problem is the noise level (ventilblokk) . Usually, a noise level below 70 dB is desired. Industrial liquid supply systems usually operate in the low-pressure range (below 7 MPa or 1000 psi) for unloading (below 21 MPa or 3000 psi) and operate at low noise levels.
